Return Policy
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase, you may exchange it or receive store credit within three (3) days of delivery. Refunds may be issued, subject to approval, with a 20% restocking fee.
To qualify for an exchange or store credit, items must be free from scratches, alterations, sizing, or wear. For special orders (engraved items, custom sizes, or pendants), a 20% restocking fee applies, regardless of the condition.
Returned items that are undeliverable or refused will incur a $29.99 fee, which will be deducted from your refund.
If the item is defective, please contact us, and we will arrange a return and resolve the issue at no extra charge.
For in-store purchases, please consult a store associate for further details.
Return Process
TrustGoldJewelers.com reserves the right to verify the authenticity of any returned item. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue a full store credit (excluding shipping and handling). If a refund is requested, a 20% restocking fee will apply.
Please allow 7-15 business days for processing. Store credits will be issued via store gift card.
IMPORTANT: Please DO NOT return any items without first receiving a Return Authorization Number from us. We are not responsible for lost jewelry sent back without authorization.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel your order, contact us within 24 hours at trustgoldjewelers@gmail.com or +1 (239) 404-7748.
After 24 hours, cancellations will incur a 20% restocking fee for custom orders (Cuban link chains, custom pendants) and a 6% fee for regular orders.
Sales are final for orders involving customer-provided metals (gold).

How to Return an Item
Follow these easy steps:
1. Obtain a Return Authorization Number
Email us at trustgoldjewelers@gmail.com to request a Return Authorization Number. Once approved, we will send you return instructions.
2. Package Your Return
Repack your item(s) with the original packaging and documentation. Write the Return Authorization Number on the receipt and on the outside of the package.
Any promotional items or gifts included with your order must be returned.
3. Ship & Insure Your Return
Ship the item prepaid to the address provided in your Return Authorization email.
For your protection, use a trackable and insured shipping service (FedEx, UPS, or USPS Priority Mail).
Important: Do not list Trust Gold Jewelers or the contents (e.g., jewelry, diamonds) on the outside of the package.
Note: Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
